Britvic Plc (BVIC.L), a British soft drinks maker, said on Monday that it has entered into an agreement with Citigroup Global Markets Limited, to buy back up to 26.73 million Britvic shares for around 75 million pounds.

The buyback program, aimed at to reduce share capital, stats on May 23 and will conclude on or before February 28, 2023, the company said in a statement.
