Prior to joining Bojangles, Del Valle had served in various operations leadership roles for both franchisor and franchisee businesses, including well-known brands like Wild Wing Café,
Del Valle’s experience in developing solutions for complex problems and project management in the restaurant industry makes him an expert in the field. He has overseen the RFP, pilot, development and successful deployment of Food and Labor software systems to tackle operational efficiency, profit improvement and cost controls, delivering exceptional guest service with numerous restaurant companies.
