National Lumber & Building Material Dealers Assn. and HBSDealer open nominations for 2024 ProDealer of the Year awards; awards to be honored at ProDealer Industry Summit in Savannah, Georgia, on Oct. 8-11

During the ProDealer Industry Summit to be held from Oct. 8-11 in Savannah, Ga., the National Lumber & Building Material Dealers Association (NLBMDA) and its conference media partner HBSDealer will present the 2024 ProDealer of the Year honorees.

As a result, submit your nomination(s) by Friday, April 12th for consideration by the review committee. NLBMDA and HBSDealer are seeking nominees for the ProDealer of the Year (6 or more locations); and Independent ProDealer of the Year (1 to 5 locations).

The criteria for selection includes but is not limited to:

• High performance. Sales growth, company expansion, business innovations, introduction of successful product lines.
• Commitment to best practices. Operational excellence, developing/embracing operational standards and procedures to produce positive outcomes.
• Contribution to industry. Excellent customer service, community engagement and service, serve as a leader in the community and an ambassador to the LBM industry.
• Company Culture and values. Serves as an example of a positive, safe, and healthy work environment. Embraces employee feedback, creates opportunities for collaboration and innovation. Embraces strong company values that are accepted by employees and customers.
