HBSDealer's Top Women in Hardware & Building Supply program applauds and recognizes women for their exceptional contributions to both their companies and communities. HBSDealer honors the women who have been nominated by their peers and selected by our panel of judges based on their contributions and attributes that go above and beyond the call of duty. Submit your nominations by clicking the link here! Nominees must work in the hardware & building supply industry (dealer, distributor or vendor/supplier). Nominators are encouraged to share specific initiatives, achievements and examples of leadership in order to present a full picture of a candidate. A nominee cannot win the same category two years in a row. Self-nominations are welcome and you may nominate as many colleagues as you'd like. There are two 2024 Award Categories: Business Excellence & Rising Stars. Business Excellence awards recognize leaders who have demonstrated achievement, growth and success in the hardware and home improvement industry. These award winners have embraced education and community service and inspired others to follow a similar path. Rising Stars awards recognize talented professionals with the potential to make a significant and positive difference within their company and industry for years to come. These award winners have shown that they have what it takes to make progress and demonstrate success in their field.
