John Harding, CertainTeed Offsite Construction Business Development Program Manager, was specifically named for his contribution to the Offsite Construction segment of the industry. Award recipients were recognized at the Building Systems Housing Summit held in Washington, DC October 15-17, 2023. The Offsite Construction Specialty Awards honor NAHB-winning members each year based on their contributions to the systems-built housing industry, NAHB and the Building Systems Councils. This year, Harding was recognized for his fervent advocacy for offsite construction and its benefits for the building industry. Harding’s work is critical to CertainTeed’s continued promotion of construction technologies that improve the performance, sustainability and productivity of the building industry.
