The Kincentric Best Employers programme follows a comprehensive process to identify organisations that excel in employee engagement and overall HR practices. This year, the programme assessed three key areas - Employee Engagement Survey, People Practice Index, and CEO Perspective - to determine the Best Employers in Thailand.
