The award is presented by Forbes in partnership with Statista Inc., a leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. Recipients were selected based on Statista’s methodology. As part of this process, more than 60,000 U.S. employees were surveyed by Statista in companies with a minimum of 1,000 employees to identify The Best Employers for Diversity.
