Canada Food Recall: Fresh cut cantaloupe products sold at Loblaw banner stores recalled due to salmonella

Dec. 8 -- The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a recall alert involving Fresh cut cantaloupe product. 



Excerpts of the alert follow:

Issue

The affected products are being recalled from the marketplace due to possible Salmonella contamination.

List of Loblaw banners:

* Ontario : Loblaws, Superstore, Zehrs, Valu-Mart, Fortinos, Your Independent Grocer

* Quebec : Provigo

* Atlantic : Atlantic Superstore, Dominion, Your Independent Grocer

x Western Canada : Superstore, Your Independent Grocer, Extra Foods
