Metsä Tissue, a part of Metsä Group, has received the Top Employer award in Germany for the third time in a row. The Top Employers Institute underlined that Metsä Tissue has understood the importance of the development and well-being of its employees and doing so, it has once again succeeded in improving its certification results. The performance in HR management was particularly convincing in the areas of leadership, ethics and integrity. The Top Employer Award is a recognition of what has been achieved and at the same time an impulse for new approaches.
