Lexmark is named a Top 10 Military Friendly Employer for 2023 for its commitment to veteran and service member employees

LEXINGTON, Kentucky , November 11, 2022 (press release) –

Lexmark, a global imaging and IoT solutions leader, today announced that it has been named a Top 10 Military Friendly® Employer for 2023, marking the eighth consecutive year Lexmark has been awarded the designation for its commitment to veteran and service member employees.

“Lexmark takes great pride in receiving this Top 10 Military Friendly® Employer Designation,” said Sharon Votaw, Lexmark senior vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer. “At Lexmark, we strive to support our veteran community with progressive military leave policies and a variety of employee engagement and development opportunities specifically designed to help them succeed.”

Institutions earning the Military Friendly® Employer designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Over a thousand companies participated in the 2023 Military Friendly® survey.

Methodology, criteria, and weightings were determined by VIQTORY with input from the Military Friendly® Advisory Council of independent leaders in the military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for Applicant, New Hire Retention, Employee Turnover, and Promotion & Advancement of veterans and military employees.
