(“Mark Andy” or the “Company”) alongside the existing equity holders, the Desai family. Mark Andy is a leading provider of label and packaging printing equipment, consumable supplies, aftermarket parts and services for growing end markets such as consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, and food & beverage. The transaction marks Center Rock’s second platform investment out of its second investment vehicle, Center Rock Capital Partners Fund II, LP.
