PROJECT VERDE A Southern Timberland Portfolio 93,223± Acres On behalf of Conservation Resources, LandVest is pleased to announce Project Verde. Totaling 93,223± acres, these high-quality, investment-grade timberlands are a combination of pine plantations and well-stocked natural pine and hardwood forests. They are located in four distinct southern pine markets including Virginia, Arkansas/Louisiana, Alabama, and Florida. These timberlands have been professionally managed for decades and are situated in competitive (and expanding) wood markets. Approximately 68% of the portfolio's acreage is enrolled in pine plantation with an average age of 15 years. These tree farms exhibit outstanding silviculture and management. The entire Verde portfolio is certified under the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) or Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI). Project Verde is being offered for sale through a single-stage, sealed-bid sale process. Bidders may bid on the entire portfolio or individual sale units.
