TOKYO, November 10, 2023 - Kirin Brewery Company, Limited (Kirin Brewery) will revise the manufacturer prices for certain products in imported whiskies and RTDs delivered from March 1, 2024.
Kirin Brewery has made various corporate efforts and management rationalizations, including cost reductions and productivity improvements throughout the business, in order to provide customers with high-quality, safe and reliable products at reasonable prices.
However, due to the continuing impact of the global rise in transportation and raw material costs, prices of imported products from the brand owners have changed, and we have determined that it will be difficult to absorb the cost increases through corporate efforts alone, so Kirin Brewery has decided, out of necessity, to implement price revisions for some of its products.
Kirin Brewery will continue its efforts to improve management efficiency and ensure the stable delivery of high-quality, safe and reliable products to consumers.
