Premier Foods announces appointment of Lorna Tilbian as an independent non-executive director, effective April 1; Tilbian was former head of media sector at Numis until her retirement in 2018

Premier Foods is pleased to announce the appointment of Lorna Tilbian as an independent non-executive director of the Company commencing 1st April 2022 . Lorna will also join the Nomination Committee.

Lorna has extensive experience as a media analyst and investment adviser with strong financial analysis and leadership skills. She was executive director and Head of the Media Sector at Numis Corporation PLC until her retirement in 2018. She was a founder of Numis, when it launched in 2001, having previously worked at Sheppards, as a director at SG Warburg and an executive director of WestLB Panmure. Lorna is executive Chair of Dowgate Capital Ltd , sits on the Advisory Board of TechNation's Future Fifty programme and is a non-executive director of Rightmove plc , Finsbury Growth & Income Trust plc and ProVen VCT plc .

The following information sets out the disclosure required in respect of LR 9.6.13:

Pursuant to LR 9.6.13(1), Lorna Tilbian was a non-executive director of Jupiter UK Growth Investment Trust plc ( May 2001 to March 2021 ), Euromoney Institutional Investor plc ( January 2018 to March 2021 )

and M&C Saatchi plc ( January 2018 to December 2019).

No further information is required to be disclosed with respect to her appointment under LR 9.6.13 .
