today announced the launch of Features 2021, its annual equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) report. The 12th edition of the report highlights the outcomes of its ED&I initiatives in the workplace, marketplace, and community.
ED&I is a top priority in every region and country in which
Kellogg
operates and is a core component of the company’s Better Days ESG strategy, which aims to create better days for three billion people by 2030.
The report showcases stories from around the world in which
Kellogg
and its employees demonstrate a passion for creating a culture of belonging where everyone has a place at the table. These include a mom-to-mom coaching program in
Latin America
that has improved the work-life balance of female talent; the global expansion of
Kellogg’s
supplier diversity program; and how an employee resource group drove the development and release of a special edition of Pop-Tarts inspired by a cherished Latino tradition.

Forbes World's
Top Female Friendly Company
and a Military Time Best for Vets Employer, among other global recognitions.
