The Estée Lauder Companies is committed to supporting those impacted by the invasion of Ukraine, and our employees, their families, and the Ukrainian people. Our company’s priority is the safety and well-being of all ELC employees, and we are continuously monitoring the situation and evaluating all possible measures to support them. As a company, ELC stands with those who are currently suffering due to the invasion. The Estée Lauder Companies Charitable Foundation (ELCCF) commits $1 million in support of relief efforts to women, children, and families. ELCCF donations will support organizations already active in Ukraine and in neighboring countries, including: In the coming weeks, we will also be donating ELC products to those displaced and those in need. The global ELC community is united in its efforts to support all our employees in Ukraine and in Russia.
