On 04th of March 2022 the company TOP-THIMM Opakowania spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Tychy was transformed into a limited liability company under the business name TOP-THIMM Opakowania spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000958372. The change concerns the legal form of the company and the KRS number - other data, including address, NIP and Regon numbers, as well as the bank account number remain unchanged. Existing e-mail addresses of the Company's employees, as well as phone and fax numbers, also remain unchanged. The change of the Company's legal form does not result in any modifications to the Company's obligations or mutual rights and duties arising from the contracts concluded by the Company and does not require any annexes thereto.
