August 7, 2024 (press release) –

On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, join the ISSA Hygieia Network in Philadelphia for its upcoming networking and leadership conference—Workplace Allies: The Power of Having Someone in Your Corner. This information-packed conference will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Tork Club, located inside Lincoln Financial Field, home of the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles.

“We’re excited to announce our upcoming networking and leadership conference in Philadelphia,” said ISSA Hygieia Network Program Director Dr. Felicia Townsend. “We invite people to come and learn about the significance of workplace relationships and developing allyships from presentations by our spectacular collection of speakers.”

Attendees will gain new strategies on how to become better advocates and supporters of employees from every level in their organization. Additionally, they will receive insights into how they can make their organizations more inclusive for everyone to thrive and discover how securing mentors, sponsors, and peer relationships can help them reach their goals.

“We’re especially honored to have Patricia Cimino, professional growth and mindset coach and founder of Patricia Cimino Coaching, kickoff the conference with her workshop, Rise Together: Coaching Yourself to Cultivate Effective Allyship!” added Townsend. “This will be a tremendous opportunity for attendees to learn about the key internal obstacles hindering allyship and how to develop the tools and strategies needed to improve their mindset and enhance their careers.”

Other guest speakers include:

  • Matt Urmanski, Essity Vice President of Sales and Marketing of North America
  • Gary Rubin, Imperial Dade Sales Manager – Tri State Division
  • Theresa Gallagher, Imperial Dade Sales Consultant
  • Maura Strohsacker, Philadelphia Eagles Director of Corporate Partnership Activation
  • Stacy J. Seiden, ISSA Senior Government Affairs Manager

As part of this can’t-miss occasion, all attendees will receive an exclusive tour of Lincoln Financial Field. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will go behind the scenes of the 69,000-seat stadium, including the Philadelphia Eagles’ locker room and press conference room. There will also be photo opportunities in the locker room with the Vince Lombardi Trophy from the Eagles’ Super Bowl LII championship. During the tour, attendees will have an opportunity to go through the tunnel onto the field, just like the players do on game day. The tour concludes in the Tork Club with additional photo opportunities with Eagles legends and the team’s iconic mascot, SWOOP.

This conference is sponsored by Essity, maker of the Tork brand, the global leader in professional hygiene.
