Mogul recently started it’s 7th meltblown line a new 1.6 meter wide Reicofil line. As one of key players in meltblown market Mogul started 3 new meltblown lines since the pandemic era which are mainly designed to produce high efficiency mask and filter media. As a major player for wipes and filtration media Mogul also supplies it’s range of meltblown and multilayer fabrics (mmm ,sms, smm, etc) to medical, automotive (insulation), building applications as well as high efficiency masks. The 1.6 m wide Reicofil meltblown system is equipped with technology for electrostatic charging and supplies high-quality filter material that ensures a high degree of separation, low pressure loss and a high storage capacity. The plant brings an additional annual capacity of 550 tons for N95 material or 365 tons for N99 material to the market.New line is capable of running PBT,TPU,PLA polymers besides PP.
