Baosuo Enterprise Group Provides Energy-saving Upgrade Services for Lee & Man Group Recently, Jiangxi Lee & Man Sanitary Paper Manufacturing Co., Ltd. under Lee & Man Group, plans to upgrade the high-speed crescent paper machine with a width of 5.6m and a design speed of 2200m/min. After careful comparison, Lee & Man Group finally decided to cooperate with Baotuo, an experienced company under Baosuo Enterprise Group. Improving product quality, reducing energy consumption, and improving production environment are the constant pursuit goals of every paper company, and so is Jiangxi Lee & Man. In order to further produce higher-quality products with higher energy efficiency, which can not only meet the needs of customers, but also reduce emissions and scale up efficiency, Lee & Man Group will retrofit the key part of the paper machine-the vacuum press part. By providing key equipment, Baotuo can increase the dryness of the upper cylinder by 3% (estimated) without reducing the speed of tissue paper machine, thereby reducing the steam consumption by more than 10% (estimated), and can also improve the bulkness of the finished paper. These data are based on the monitoring results of this imported tissue paper machine for many years, and Baotuo company has collected it through many on-site inspections and calculations. The solution is feasible and meets the requirements of the enterprise. Baotuo company has a professional technical team for paper machine optimization and transformation. It has provided paper machine upgrade and transformation business for Dongshun Group, Libang Group Gangxing Paper, Zhongshun Group, Hubei Zhencheng Paper under Taisheng Group and other enterprises, and has multiple sets of application cases for different transformation projects.
