The American Cleaning Institute (ACI) is hosting a panel titled, ‘Sustainable Feedstocks: Transforming the Cleaning Product Industry for a Sustainable Future,’ during the Sustainable Brands conference October 16. Sustainable Brands believes in the power of brand-led market transformation to reshape commerce in a way that enables business and society to thrive in harmony with nature. SB 2024 will take place October 14-17 in San Diego, CA. In 2022, ACI embarked on a groundbreaking project aimed at redefining the cleaning product industry’s approach to sustainability through the use of more sustainable feedstocks in cleaning product ingredients. Through the firsthand experiences of ACI members actively involved in this transformative journey, this session will immerse attendees in ACI’s initiative, showcasing guiding principles. These principles are meticulously designed, with the help of the Anthesis Group, to align new feedstocks with ACI’s core sustainability pillars.
