A.Celli Nonwovens provided a dedicated training to the team of Faderco, one of the world's leading manufacturers of nonwovens, which visited our factory for the inspection of their new high-speed lamination line. A.Celli Nonwovens, in the frame of its Academy platform, confirms the will of being not only a supplier of machinery but a full-circle partner for its customers. A.Celli used for the occasion the high-speed lamination line for textile backsheet to explain in detail how to maximize process efficiency and get the best possible product quality to the future line team. These high-performance lamination solutions are designed to produce nonwoven composites of 2 or more layers through adhesive, thermal or ultrasonic lamination at a maximum speed of 800 m/min. The textile backsheet lamination line in object is composed of an adhesive lamination system integrated in a dedicated frame and combined with A.Celli non-stop unwinding and in-line slitting winder system, all designed to obtain top quality finished reels. Additionally, the customers can choose from a wide array of optional, including automatic or semi-automatic slitting positioning system, trim & dust suction system, repeat length control system and reel handling system for master rolls and finished reels.
