PBS Lumber chooses Iggesund Tools to upgrade Seeley Creek, Mont., lumber mill with two new chipping heads

The Pyramid Mountain Lumber mill in Seeley Creek, Mont. has ordered two NEW STYLE Iggesund Tools chipping heads utilizing the TurnKnife System III for its curve saw gang. Improved recovery, better board finish and lower operating costs are the main reasons for the upgrade.
PBS Lumber in Camden, Ark. has chosen Iggesund Tools to upgrade its Coe SL2000 small log machine with new chipping heads with the TurnKnife System III. The heads will be supplied under Iggesund's unique PartnerChip program, and delivery is slated for late 2005. Iggesund Tools' PartnerChip program enables mills to acquire new equipment, receive maintenance and service, and replenish inventory under a fixed, monthly cost.
