Diversified Restaurant Holdings on track with 20% unit growth in 2014, company says

SOUTHFIELD, Michigan , July 15, 2014 (press release) – Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. (BAGR) ("DRH" or the "Company"), the creator, developer and operator of the unique, full-service, ultra-casual restaurant and bar Bagger Dave's Burger Tavern(R) ("Bagger Dave's") and one of the largest franchisees for Buffalo Wild Wings(R) ("BWW"), continues its restaurant growth plan with the recent opening of a new BWW in Pinellas Park, Florida on Sunday, July 13, 2014. A stand alone stadia design restaurant near the intersection of Park Boulevard North and 66th Street North in the Greater St. Petersburg area, the restaurant is easily accessible for an area that has over 270,000 residents.

For the remainder of 2014, DRH will build on its demonstrated success as a BWW franchise by expanding in both the mid-west and Florida markets.
