HOUSTON , July 15, 2014 (press release) – Taylor Morrison has announced its 45-foot Landmark series floor plans at Bonterra at Woodforest, giving homebuyers their first detailed look at some of the floor plans that will be available at the builder’s debut 55+ community in Houston.

Opening this summer at Woodforest, Bonterra will offer three distinct home collections as well as an intimate neighborhood experience and dedicated amenities for Bonterra residents.

“This series of floor plans is the opening collection in what is a multi-faceted offering of homes,” said Jim Ellison, vice president of sales and marketing for the Houston division.

Two distinct floor plans make up the 45-foot Landmark series at Bonterra, where the emphasis is placed on squeezing the most out of every experience.

The Coalmont begins the 45-foot collection at Bonterra, with a two-bedroom, two-bath layout that offers ample space for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends. At 1,687 square feet, the home includes a generous family room and formal dining room adjacent to a gourmet kitchen. The master suite includes an expansive walk-in closet, a bath with his-and-her sinks and optional access from the bedroom to the home’s rear patio.

The second floor plan in the collection is the Sedgwick, which offers approximately 1,840 square feet of living space. The Sedgwick’s three bedrooms beckon for short-term visitors and the home’s floor plan make sure that no one’s style is cramped when family and friends arrive on the doorstep. A spacious family room and formal dining room start the entertaining space, which then flows into the backyard and the home’s rear covered patio.

“From the start, our goal has been to create plenty of choices for todays’ 55+ homebuyer,” Ellison said. “We feel this collection begins that journey at Bonterra.”
