HELSINKI , June 30, 2014 (Esmerk News Feed) – Uddevall-based company TA Packaging is introducing PET-Can, a plastic can for beverages, on the Swedish market. The product has been developed by Polish company Invento, and was first presented at an exhibition in Paris in 2008.

It is now used by several drink producers such as Splash Water, AKVO and Cool Blue.

Customers are able to give the bottle their own shape through the production method two-stage blow moulding with stretching, says Tommy Stenström of TA Packaging.
