CAMDEN, New Jersey , June 26, 2014 (press release) – Campbell Soup Company (CPB) today announced that the company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend on its capital stock of $0.312 per share. The quarterly dividend is payable Aug. 4, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business July 8, 2014.
