MIDLOTHIAN, Texas , June 16, 2014 (press release) – Ennis, Inc. (NYSE: EBF), is proud to announce the completion of our acquisition of the assets of Sovereign Business Forms. Mutual Graphics in Knoxville, TN, TRI-C Business Forms in Houston, TX, Falcon Business Forms in Corsicana, TX, Forms Manufacturer in Girard, KS and Curtis Business Forms in Holyoke, MA will all continue to operate at their same locations under their current trade names.
