Premium Brands Holdings announces cash dividend of US$0.3125/share, payable July 15 to shareholders as of June 30

VANCOUVER, British Columbia , June 16, 2014 (press release) – Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (TSX:PBH) announced today a cash dividend of $0.3125 per share for the second quarter of 2014. Unless indicated otherwise in writing at or before the time the dividend is paid, each dividend paid by the Company in 2014 or a subsequent year is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Enhanced Dividend Tax Credit System.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2014.
