, June 13, 2014 (press release) – Solør Bioenergi Group has completed the acquisition of 28 district heating power plants located in Sweden. The Group now operates 51 energy plants, 3 environmental terminals, 2 pellets
production plants and 1 briquette production plant, with a total number of 167 employees, mainly in Sweden and Norway.

By this acquisition, Solør Bioenergi Group will have a total annual energy delivery of 2,1 TWh distributed to 6.500 customers within the public and private sector including municipalities,
governments, private households and industrial customers.
