Suzano carries out early redemption option for all debentures of second series of third issue, for total financial settlement of nearly 164.4M Brazilian reais or 984.26 reais per debenture; company will cancel redeemed debentures

SAO PAULO , June 11, 2014 (press release) – Suzano Papel e Celulose (Bovespa: SUZB5) hereby informs the debenture holder of the 2nd Series of the 3rd Issue of Simple Nonconvertible Debentures that, on this date, it carried out the financial settlement of the optional early redemption of the Debentures of the 2nd Series of the 3rd Issue, as approved in the General Meeting of Debenture Holders held on June 6. The financial settlement was made for the redemption amount, in the aggregate of one hundred sixty-four million, three hundred seventy-one thousand, two hundred twenty-one reais and eighty-seven cents (R$ 164,371,221.87), which corresponds to nine hundred eighty-four reais and twenty-six cents (R$ 984.26) per debenture. The Company will cancel the redeemed Debentures.
