In April 2014 a new subsidiary was established within the structure of Kazakhstan Kagazy Group. The company was called Kazakhstan Waste Recycling.
The company will become the key supplier of waste paper for paper production business of Kagazy Recycling. Kagazy Recycling LLP, being a subsidiary of Kazakhstan Kagazy Group, is the major manufacturer of paper and packaging products from recycled waste paper in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
The company’s management is confident that establishment of the separate company focusing on waste paper collection will contribute to strengthening and development of waste paper collection and pave the way for the company’s access to the markets of other recyclable materials.
