June 9, 2014 (Esmerk ) – According to Finnish Metsä Fibre's CEO Ilkka Hämälä, the Finnish pulp industry is perseveringly competitive and profitable. The global market for Nordic softwood pulp is growing moderately. Finlandcontinues to be a competitive investment target, Hämälä says. Important factors are long-term legislation, the reliability of authorities' processes, and the good expertise of officials.
