DELAWARE, Ohio , June 3, 2014 (press release) – Greif, Inc. (NYSE:GEF, GEF.B) – The Board of Directors of Greif, Inc. today declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.42 per share of Class A Common Stock and $0.63 per share of Class B Common Stock.

The dividends are payable on July 1, 2014 to shareholders of record at close of business on June 20, 2014.
