Texas Roadhouse announces quarterly dividend of US$0.15/ common share, payable July 3 to shareholders as of June 18; board of directors also approves stock repurchase program, allowing company to repurchase up to US$100M of its common stock

– On May 22, 2014, Texas Roadhouse, Inc.’s (TXRH) Board of Directors authorized the payment of a cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock. This payment will be distributed on July 3, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 18, 2014.
Stock Repurchase Authorization
The Company announced today that on May 22, 2014, its Board of Directors approved a stock repurchase program under which it authorized the Company to repurchase up to $100.0 million of its common stock. Any repurchases will be made through open market transactions. The Board of Directors cancelled the previous stock repurchase program which had no expiration date.
