Winpak declares quarterly dividend of C$0.03/share, payable July 10 to shareholders of record on July 2

WINNIPEG, Manitoba , May 22, 2014 (press release) – Winpak Ltd. (WPK.TO) announces that at a meeting on May 22, 2014, the Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend of three cents (3 cents, Canadian currency) per share. The dividend is payable July 10, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 2, 2014.

Winpak Ltd. manufactures and distributes high-quality packaging materials and related packaging machines. The Company's products are used primarily for the protection of perishable foods, beverages, and in health-care applications.
