AGCO, Your Agriculture Company, (NYSE:AGCO), a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, announced today the election to redeem all outstanding 1.25% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes due 2036 which were issued on December 4, 2006. The election is effective June 20, 2014. A notice of redemption is being sent by the Trustee, Union Bank N.A., to all currently registered holders of the notes.
