DUBLIN, Ohio , May 15, 2014 (press release) – The Wendy's Company (WEN) today announced the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on June 16, 2014, to shareholders of record as of June 2, 2014.

The number of shares of common stock outstanding as of May 2, 2014 was approximately 366.8 million.
