LONDON , May 9, 2014 (press release) – In Rexam PLC’s (the Company) Annual Report 2013, it was stated that Mr Jean-Pierre Rodier was due to retire as a non executive director of the Company. Rexam confirms that Mr Rodier retired from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 2 May 2014. The following information is provided in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006:

The Company’s Directors’ Remuneration Report for the financial year ending 31 December 2014 will include the non executive director’s fee earned by Mr Rodier as a past non executive director during the relevant period from 1 January 2014 to 2 May 2014.

Mr Rodier has not and will not receive any remuneration payments upon ceasing to be a director of the Company other than £538.46 representing the normal non executive director’s fee payable for the period from 1 May 2014 to 2 May 2014. No payment for loss of office has or will be made to Mr Rodier.
