Victory Electronic Cigarettes announces agreement to supply its full range of vaping products at UK-based 'Bargain Booze' and 'Wine Rack' retail outlets

Victory Electronic Cigarettes Corporation (OTCQB: ECIG), today announced that VAPESTICK®, one of the UK’s leading electronic cigarette brands and a subsidiary of Victory Electronic Cigarettes Corporation, has reached an agreement to supply a full range of its popular vaping products, including disposable and rechargeable e-cigarettes, as well as a variety of refills, nationally to the UK’s ‘Bargain Booze’ and ‘Wine Rack’ retail outlets. The news of this major supplier agreement follows the nationwide launch of VAPESTICK®’s active multi-million dollar marketing campaign that includes radio, billboards, bus-sides, TV, music and fashion industry tie-ups.

Bargain Booze and Wine Rack are owned by Conviviality Retail PLC, which operates as a buying, marketing and logistics business, and offers a full support package to its franchisees and retail stores. Bargain Booze was launched in 1988 and has become Conviviality Retail’s most prominent brand with more than 600 franchisee-operated stores throughout England and Wales. Wine Rack is a specialist retailer of wine, spirits, tobacco and related products, with 22 stores predominantly based in the Greater London area.

This agreement was forged largely as a result of increasing consumer awareness and demand for the VAPESTICK® brand resulting from the recent successful pervasive marketing campaign and increased distribution. The expansion with both the Wine Rack and Bargain Booze outlets across more than 600 strategically located venues will allow VAPESTICK® products to be more readily available to consumers throughout the United Kingdom and significantly increase the brand’s presence.
