Nestle planning to enter into JV with British Biologicals to produce baby-food products in India

April 30, 2014 () – Nestle is planning to enter into a joint venture with British Biologicals Ltd (BBL) to produce baby-food products. BBL manufactures capsules at two plants near Bangalore. The company intends to set up a new factory near Bangalore with an investment of Rs45 crore. BBL is planning to export the products from the new factory to the US.
