At the forthcoming Interpack 2014 in Düsseldorf, from 8 to 14 May, Mondi Containerboard will present its broad “kraft” portfolio of high-quality containerboard grades at booth A24/B23 in hall 9. With its ProVantage Kraftliner, KraftTop Liner and EcoVantage ranges, the company is perfectly positioned to meet the demands of challenging end-use applications.
Among the highlights of the company’s presence at Interpack will be the presentation of its ProVantage KraftTop Liner and KraftTop Liner X paper grades. KraftTop represents outstanding performance, strength and excellent appearance. Thus, the paper grades are ideal for stronger packaging applications, such as those required in the chemical, pharmaceutical and furniture industries. Their natural appearance also makes these paper grades a valid and cost-effective alternative to kraftliners and heavy substance testliners.
In addition to its KraftTop variants, Mondi Containerboard will also show its EcoVantage Kraft Xlite, EcoVantage Kraft X and EcoVantage KraftTop X papers. The EcoVantage brand stands for cost-effective, high-quality and lightweight solutions. Starting at 70 gsm, the lightweight product range is ideal for reducing box weight. Its versatility also makes EcoVantage perfect for use in shopping bags, in cushioned packaging, as a base for coatings, as masking paper, for wrapping as well as for food packaging and many other applications.
Florian Stockert, Sales & Marketing Director Containerboard at Mondi Europe & International, says: “At this year’s Interpack, we will highlight our comprehensive choice of strong and lightweight containerboard grades within the “kraft” portfolio. We produce these containerboard grades in the heart of Europe at our mills in Świecie (Poland), Štětí (Czech Republic) and Raubling (Germany). These strategically-located facilities enable us to offer flexible lead times, repeatable performance and optimum availability across our ProVantage and EcoVantage portfolios.”
