Taylor Morrison has announced the start of its models for four collections at Leander’s newest master-planned community, Travisso.

Taylor Morrison’s homes at Travisso will range in size from approximately 1,450 to 4,076 square feet and feature a variety of lot sizes as well as one- and two-story floor plans.

The Florian, a three-bedroom, two-bath home with more than 1,900 square feet of living space will showcase Taylor Morrison’s Capri Collection at Travisso. With a gourmet kitchen, large family room and additional flex space, the Florian is perfect for entertaining.

The approximately 3,401-square-foot Hampton highlights the Siena Collection at Travisso. With four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two stories of living space available, the Hampton fits the needs of Austin homebuyers looking for more square footage and a floor plan that offers a first-floor master suite and plenty of room upstairs. The model will feature a covered balcony overlooking the beautiful Travisso Hill Country.

The Nottingham, part of the Naples Collection, offers even more living space, with five bedrooms and 4.5 baths included in an expansive 3,982-square-foot layout.
