California-based Living Spaces is opening its newest location, and second store in Arizona, on April 24, 2014. The Living Spaces Phoenix showroom will be located at 6600 W. Latham St. off the 10 freeway at the 67th Ave. exit. The 450,000 square foot facility will house Phoenix’s largest selection of home furnishings and will include a distribution center to support retail operations throughout Arizona.

Phoenix will now have access to a vast selection of home décor for every style and budget, including over 150 living rooms, over 70 bedrooms, over 80 dining rooms, kids’ rooms, home office, rugs, pillows and other unique home accents. The new location also offers an unprecedented special order upholstery program with custom orders available in as little as two weeks. Guests looking for a more eclectic look will quickly discover "Elements,” an accent gallery of unique one-of-a-kind pieces sourced from the far corners of the globe. Additionally, the Revive Sleep Center will offer the latest in sleep technology and feature top brands like Sealy, Serta, Stearns & Foster, Circadian, Tempur-Pedic and iComfort. The Phoenix showroom also marks the latest collaboration between Living Spaces and Jeff Lewis, star of Bravo’s Flipping Out and Interior Therapy. Living Spaces is celebrating the grand opening of the Phoenix showroom and distribution center with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 8:30am, followed immediately by the store grand opening at 9am. The first 50 adults in line at 9am will receive a free sofa and the next 100 adults will receive a free accent chair. The next 500 adult shoppers will receive a mystery envelope with a special purchase offer.
