Fleetwood Acquisition Corp. (“Fleetwood”), parent company of Fleetwood Fixtures, announced the completion of a transaction to acquire High Country Millwork, based in Longmont, Colorado.
High Country Millwork was previously owned by Michael Childs and a group of outside investors and will continue to operate out of its 87,000 sq. ft. facility in Longmont, Colorado. Providing premium custom store furnishings to specialty, cosmetic and luxury retail brands throughout the United States, High Country Millwork is a leader in the luxury fixture market. The company has established a reputation for high quality products and exceptional customer service and supplements high-end fixture solutions with value-added services, including prototyping, design development, logistics and installation.
