FRANKENTHAL, Germany , April 11, 2014 (press release) – Acquisition of the German film manufacturer Biofol Film pending.

Frankenthal, April 10, 2014 – RKW Agri GmbH & Co. KG intends to take over the business operations of the German film manufacturer Biofol Film GmbH and is thus pursuing its objectives of growth in the agricultural and construction sectors. The acquisition is conditional on approval by the German Anti-Trust Commission.

RKW Agri GmbH & Co. KG is a subsidiary of the RKW Group, a leading manufacturer of plastic films and nonwovens. With the acquisition of Biofol Film, RKW will concentrate its expertise in the field of agricultural and construction films and further expand this segment.
