The new franchisee joins a roster of 29 Corner Bakery Cafe franchise partners. With 55 open cafes and development commitments for more than 350 locations, Corner Bakery Cafe continues on its goal to more than double its U.S. footprint in the next three years. Earlier this month, the company announced plans to open 18 new restaurants in the Tennessee and Kentucky areas.
