Quiznos has reached a settlement with 12 defunct franchisees that have agreed to drop about US$40 million in claims against the bankrupt sandwich chain, Dow Jones Newswires reported April 7.
The 12 lawsuits were offshoots of a class-action lawsuit brought about by franchisees against Quiznos that was settled earlier.
