ST. LOUIS , March 18, 2014 (press release) – Panera Bread Company (NASDAQ: PNRA) will host its 2014 Investor Day on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Attendees must register in advance with investorday@panerabread.com.

A live audio webcast of the meeting, including the slide presentations, will be available on the Company's web site at www.panerabread.com. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM EDT and will continue to approximately 11:30 AM EDT, at which point the event will break for lunch and tours of bakery-cafes in Charlotte. The meeting will resume again at approximately 1:30 PM EDT and will conclude at approximately 5:00 PM EDT following a Q&A session at the end of the event.
