McDonald's introduces limited-time Bacon Clubhouse Sandwiches, its first premium menu offerings of 2014

LOS ANGELES , March 11, 2014 () – McDonald's Corp. has introduced its limited-time Bacon Clubhouse Sandwiches, its first premium menu offerings of 2014, the Patriot News reported March 10.

The sandwich consists of either a quarter-pound 100% beef patty or a piece of crispy or grilled chicken, served on an artisan roll and topped with applewood-smoked bacon, caramelized grilled onions, white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and Big Mac sauce.

The Clubhouse burger sells for about US$4.69 while the chicken sandwiches sell for $4.89.
